The building permit has been granted for this urban reconversion project in the heart of Brussels. Construction is set to start by the end of the year.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The former Partena office building on Rue des Chartreux will be transformed into a 12,688 m\u00b2 mixed-use complex. The programme includes 71 apartments, retail and commercial spaces, and flexible work areas on the ground and first floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than a change of function, the project rewrites the site\u2019s role in the city. The design introduces light, greenery and permeability into the dense urban fabric, creating open flows between public and private, new and existing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Developed in close collaboration with Matexi, the Chartreux project is part of a broader strategy for low-carbon, regenerative urban renewal.
