Second victory at the Green Solutions Awards 2024-2025: Mundo LLN wins the Construction21 competition in Belgium!<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This project revolutionizes renovation and regenerative architecture: an old farm transformed into an innovative coworking center, hosting NGOs, associations, and social enterprises.

Designed with a 100% recycled steel frame \u2014 an innovation in Europe \u2014 combined with a biosourced wooden structure, it exemplifies circularity and modularity.

With 2,300 m\u00b2, this immersive hub includes offices, meeting spaces, a restaurant, and emphasizes recycled materials and reuse of lighting fixtures and sanitary installations. Even the underground parking lot is designed to be transformed into future offices.

Mundo LLN: an exemplary model of circular, robust, and resilient construction \u2014 the new standard for a responsible future.

Together with the ICE Box Challenge in Oslo, recognized in France, these two projects are qualified for the international finals at COP 30 at the end of 2025 in Bel\u00e9m and S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil.
