The prism that makes power public.

A parliament isn’t just a building; it’s a structure of trust.
The new EU complex aims to turn that principle into space: transparent, accessible and civic. What was once a closed-off area has become a public passage linking Parc Léopold, Rue Wiertz and Place du Luxembourg. A stream, gardens and terraces now stitch together this urban route. Inside, the architecture expresses process: a circular forum crowns the building, Trilogue rooms structure the middle floors and the Chamber anchors the base. Like a prism, the project aims to filter complexity into clarity. It does not hide power but structures it, transforming a place of policy into a place for people.
