Exoneration of liability
A2M undetakes to implement all reasonable means at its disposal to enable users to make optimal use of its Internet site. Consequently, A2M is bound only by a “best-effort” obligation and under no circumstances an obligation to achieve a result.

Any communication to the public or total or partial reproduction without the consent of A2M is illegal and constitutes counterfeiting sanctioned by criminal law. This is also the case for translation, adaptation or reproduction by any art or process.

The A2M data base is also protected. A2M, as a producer of data bases, has the right of extraction and re-use of a substantial part of the data base.

The plans, images, renderings published on the website are the property of A2M or of another person from whom A2M has obtained permission to use them. Under no circumstances may the information presented on these sites be construed as constituting or attributing a licence or authorization to use these images in any way whatsoever; such use requires the prior and explicit written authorization of A2M. Misuse of these images is strictly prohibited.

A2M will enforce its intellectual property rights worldwide, in accordance with the laws of countries around the world and international treaties.

Applicable and jurisdiction
