Second victory at the Green Solutions Awards 2024-2025: Mundo LLN wins the Construction21 competition in Belgium!
This project revolutionizes renovation and regenerative architecture: an old farm transformed into an innovative coworking center, hosting NGOs, associations, and social enterprises.
Designed with a 100% recycled steel frame — an innovation in Europe — combined with a biosourced wooden structure, it exemplifies circularity and modularity.
With 2,300 m², this immersive hub includes offices, meeting spaces, a restaurant, and emphasizes recycled materials and reuse of lighting fixtures and sanitary installations. Even the underground parking lot is designed to be transformed into future offices.

Together with the ICE Box Challenge in Oslo, recognized in France, these two projects are qualified for the international finals at COP 30 at the end of 2025 in Belém and São Paulo, Brazil.
